Annual Queens Pride LGBTQ Parade & Multicultural Festival

Queens Pride 2015

Queens Pride, the organizer of the 2015 Pride Parade and Festival held in Jackson Heights, Queens, NY, welcomes you to celebrate 23 years of visibility, the fight for social justice and the celebration of community. This year’s theme is PRIDE – STRENGTH – UNITY.

WHERE

Parade:  37th Avenue from 89th Street to 75th Street. Kick-off at 12 noon. Reviewing stand at 37th Avenue between 79th and 80th Streets.

Festival:  75th Street and 37th Road. Queens Pride and Club Evolution stages provide entertainment throughout the afternoon, beginning at 1:30pm and ending at 6pm. Vendors, food and informative business, community and social group booths are located throughout the festival site.

This year’s festival stage will be loaded with great talent reflecting the diversity of our community. Singers, comedians, drag acts, dance groups and much more. The show starts at 1:30 pm and ends with our headline performer – multi-platinum recording artist, CeCe Peniston, who made her mark in 1991 with the hit “Finally”. Other hits include “We Got A Love Thang”, “Keep On Walkin”, “I’m Not Over You” and her hit single released in 2001 “Lifetime To Love”.
